No. Every plan includes unlimited websites, mobile apps, sub-brands, and sub-domains under one tenant; there is no per-property charge, ever. Run privacy.acme.com, app.acme.com, m.acme.in, and your iOS / Android apps under the same plan. Only the consent decisions you actually capture count toward your quota; aggregation is per-tenant by design and verified end-to-end (no domain_id or site_id partitioning in our consent store).
